The old manger Dave, and I think the other one thaxton, were very respectful and even when orders were wrong, they were quick to fix it and aploigized in person. I got my food, and it was incorrect. So I made it my mission to sit in the lobby and watch the kitchen staff, the manger(cris the one I was previously talking about, again I think thats his name) did nothing but burst in multiple times, scream random directions at employees that were working, seeming to misdirect them, contrubtiong to slow service and messed up orders. The employees seemed extremely irritated, and I overheard them when he was out of reach, saying he doesn't know what hes doing, and is messing them up. He seemed to care more about speed then service, and even when an employee spoke up, he brushed them off and preceded to talk about "times and being faster" except that my order WAS wrong and it took forever!!!! DO NOT COME HERE, not only does it seem to be a revolving door, the employees are clearly undervalued and overworked. I miss the old bosses, this place use to be so good, now? I wouldn't step foot in while that disrepctful man works there. He ahows up out of uniform, and messes everything up. That unprofessional attitude makes it clear, he doesn't take his job, or food service serously.
