  just went there and went through the drive thru. ordered some items and the first two things were two potato grillers, and they were missing. we went into the lobby to tell them they mistakenly forgot those two burritos, and as soon as we walked in they said the lobby’s closed which is fine. after that they were yelling at us when we told them they forgot two of our items and said they weren’t remaking them. mind you they 3 am and it is 12:35 am. two of the crew members were beyond RUDE and were like well if they want they’re food then we’re making making their order last. literally don’t go here unless you want youre food wrong, to be verbally accosted, and have the WORST customer service in you’re life. shout out to the guy with the snake bites, he was the only person in there that was even willing to talk to us rather than yell. the manager literally just stood there while his employees screamed at the customers while his employees just screamed at us.

  mediocre atmosphere. good service. got the sauce wrong in my quesadilla so it went from appetizing to inedible bc they went from creamy jalapeno sauce that is the norm to chipotle. the chipotle they used was an ingredient i can’t eat. the majority of my order was inedible and im very sad about it

  Clearly understaffed but also rude and unhelpful. Unfortunate. Waited for an hour and was told my only option was getting a refund while I watched them service an entire drive thru line. Lock your doors if the inside isn’t open. You can’t take orders and not fill them. That’s silly. You’re incompetent when it comes to business. This location has gone downhill.

  Terrible experience. Went in and was told it was closed and only drive-thru is open. Went to the drive through and specifically told them to replace beef with chicken due to dietary restrictions. The order ticket even has it written on it "No seasoned beef, add chicken". Cameback home to eat my food, and I notice the taco still has beef instead of chicken. Very bad experience, would not recommend. The workers don't seem to care about anything.
