    Horrible, workers were yelling at patrons that they were closed 2 hours before they actually did and workers were screaming vulgur things while publicly scolding other workers very loudly. Food was horrible and not made right and toppings weren’t added/subtracted at all. All of the tables and floors were very dirty. I’m never coming back. EVER

    okay so I’m unfortunately really disappointed. the first two times I ordered from this place, it was great. everything went smoothly, the workers were kind, etc. recently, i cannot say i am very pleased with the service. yesterday, i went to pick up my order and the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. when i called the number for this taco bell, somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up while im saying “hello?” like twice. i had to go to the drive thru window to get my food because there was no other way to get in. today, when i ordered taco bell, everything seemed fine until i was eating my burrito and bit into something that ended up being a plastic wrap IN MY FOOD. i almost swallowed it. i really wanna give this establishment another chance but im very very disappointed with this. the only reason im not giving a 1 star is because the first two other times this establishment was awesome.
