I will file a complaint with the BBB and try to contact a GM regarding this incident. That employee is costing that location big, I will never go back.

I can’t say that all the workers are bad just need to work on their people skills to provide better quality service. Nobody wants their food given by rude impolite people.

I always get a baja blast , 5 layer burrito , and nacho fries (when they are available). it’s always amazing. usually taco bell makes me sick but this one did not. the people working there made you feel comfortable and not in a rush. they provided me with everything i needed. so very very helpful. used my app and got a free burrito to! the girl that took my order was so happy for me to get a free burrito, where as some places act rude if you have coupons/rewards. will be returning. i sadly can not remember the girl that took my order. i’m pretty sure she was 17-18. not 100% sure. but she deserves a reward or raise for how helpful and kind she was. not from around here either so didn’t know how customer service would be but it was excellent. thank you guys. 🫶🏼
