  Im 53 I had to literally stand in the restaurant for 10 minutes to ask for the code to get into the restroom he said I had to order first the manager did I said that's fine I'm going to order but please give me the code so I can get in the restroom and I was standing in my husband was standing in line to order I'm standing back by the bathroom door trying to wait to get in the bathroom I have a weak bladder I have a broken back and I have osteoarthritis in my knee and can barely walk as it is and the customer service that I got there was completely unbelievable you do not treat your customers like that that was so uncalled for I literally was standing up against all leaning and because I had to go to the restroom waiting on this code I will never eat at this restaurant again they don't care about the customers make somebody stand there and wait all that time for a code and then you don't even give it to them and I'm handicapped as it is completely unacceptable

  Just went through the drive-thru and I ordered the taco pack which is 12 tacos I asked for six hard and six soft when I got home it was all soft why couldn't you get that right

  Great staff, friendly people love this one.This is my favorite one They're always nice and polite even when they're shorthanded, I've watched them work their butts off and still have a small on their face.I know I do not have any family there.I don't know anyone that works there , but I tell you what that is a great staff don't hardly see that anymore

  If you look at the receipt, you will see what I order.But For each taco one package of sauce was not enough.\n When I ran out of sauce, it seems like I was eating dry, dried up sandpaper. I was disappointed. Taco Bell used to be my number one. Well, that's probably because I\n Was at the wrong Taco Bell? I hope this reached out to the corporate Also , when I open up the Doritos tacos, it seemed like they only put a teaspoon of everything which was nothing. Just check out the video I was very shocked and surprised and for me, this was gonna be my Friday night taco in a movie at home.😒😒😮‍💨

  This place is terrible! They forgot my food and when I called in to inform them of their mistake, they laughed at me. They did nothing to fix the problem, ruining our weekly family dinner. The food I did get was messy, missing ingredients, and was cold long before it made it out of the bag. It is sad that this world is filled with such heartless, unfeeling people. I worked in the restaurant business when I was younger, I know it isn't always easy to deal with what they would consider a "difficult customer" calling in saying they made a mistake. The last I checked lying saying a manager triple checked the order and then laughing at them was not and should not be the answer. I hope that no one experiences what I just had to deal with and I hope the people on the other end of the line find a conscience.
