  I go to this Taco Bell all the time and get great service until today. The lady in the drive the interrupted me every time I tried to ask her something. She was incredibly rude and closed the window in my face without letting me ask her anything. There was better people working there before. I’m not coming back because of her.

  Went around 2:30 AM. Ordered the avocado crispy chicken soft taco when I was informed they didn’t have six inch shells. Ended up ordering a Mexican Pizza Combo w/ a strawberry refresca and a number Nine combo w/ a mango refresca. Cashier didn’t communicate at all when taking my card or returning. Went to make the drinks w/ no fruit. Took him forever to even proceed to start it. The caucasian male ended up handing my the food and informed me that they didn’t have the sauce for the Mexican pizza or tomatoes, so he tried to make it better by saying he added extra tacos. Unacceptable, first because I should’ve been informed before providing payment. Assumed they were about to close, so I let it go. Discovered they closed at 5 AM. This shows they were actually doing whatever they wanted. No extra tacos were placed to make it up either. Entire experience was below average. No receipt was provided for my order to submit feedback, which led to this review on here.

  Pulled into the drive-through around 12:20 AM and finally gave up and left at 12:58 AM without ever being able to place an order. The line barely moved the entire time. At one point, a worker came outside, held the door open, and stared at the line of cars with visibly annoyed body language. The delay was so bad that the customer at the drive thru speaker got out of their car to walk around and observe why they had been waiting over 15 minutes just to order. Completely disorganized and incredibly frustrating. Avoid this location.

  First time at this location. Drab and dirty looking going around the building through the drive through. Got home and thought they gave me soft tacos instead of crunchy I ordered-they were just old, broken and soggy. The steak poblano quesadilla was hot and good until I took a bit and there was a hair, was hoping it was stringy cheese. Couldn't eat any of my meal. Drive through attendant was pleasant is the only good thing about the visit. Will not go back

  Pulled up to an empty drive thru, and the greeting was "you can order, but it will be a 25 minute wait, at least." I advised I only wanted to order a drink. A second voice came on and said "sorry the person in front of you ordered 25 items, so you would be waiting for them first." Utterly confused at why they wouldn't have that person pull around and park like any other fast food restaurant including TacoBell typically does, and serve me, but I just said nvm and backed up and left. It is actually not that big of a deal that I didn't get a drink, but that was just a weird service experience.
