I changed my mind after she wrote the drink order on the cup (which wasn’t even made). They didn’t make the drink yet because they were busy serving five other people and doing mobile orders. So after she put the cup to the side I asked if I could change my drink. She said it was too late, but then I see four other drinks before me made. I’ll still be a usual here but I would not hire people who mumbles and complains about customers as they are leaving the store. In that case don’t work there. I work in the hotel industry myself and that’s not how to treat anyone who comes in ordering premium coffee.
