When I tried to use it, the employee told me it was “no good.” I asked for a manager, and she rudely said, “We don’t have a tab for that,” then just walked away without offering any help or explanation. I told them to cancel my order and left the store. I went to another Subway location right after, used the exact same coupon, and had no problem at all—they accepted it without hesitation. If this location isn’t going to honor Subway’s own coupons, they should at least treat customers with respect and explain things properly. I won’t be returning to this store.
