My family of 6 uses the app to order ahead because placing an order that large at the counter takes a long time and seems rude when other patrons are present. I usually give at least an hour to make our order. Today my daughter was told all App orders larger than 3 subs are catering orders and must be made 24 hours in advance. Not only this, but the associate was rude and got the order wrong. Needless to say, we won't be back to this location.

At the register he charged me $3.00 more for some special turkey sub I had never heard of and didn't order. I didn't say the name of the special sub or the number. He just charged me for more expensive sub and wouldn't give me a refund. I'll never go back.
