- THTereza HavelOct 24, 20251.0Placed an online order at the wrong High St. location and never received my sandwich. When I called, the manager on duty was extremely rude. Ended up losing my $9, and that was enough for me won’t be ordering from Subway online again. I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s; they customize my lettuce wrap exactly how I like it and actually respect their customers’ time with prompt delivery to campus.

Service is quick and provided with a smile. I have ordered both in-person and on-line, for a later pickup, and the service has been great in both situations.
