The guy said omg like he had a problem doing his job. I just left and went to another location. I'll never step foot in the that building again. The other guy was very pleasant and nice.

I wish Columbus had a sub restaurant that could compete with subway prices. Will go somewhere else for better quality and customer service moving forward. Wish I did not order here for the big game but at least it was edible.
- RArae aFeb 5, 20261.0I came to this Subway store at approximately 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. I took a couple of minutes in my car to send a few texts. During that time, I saw a customer park and get out of their car, and I assumed they went inside to get food. When I finished my texts, they were gone. I then went to the store, but the doors were locked. I saw a Subway worker, a woman near the register, who screamed “drive-thru” twice. The first time I didn’t process it because nothing online said the store was drive-thru only. I then went back to my car and got in the drive-thru line, pressed the drive-thru button, and no one responded. I called the store and no one picked up. It rang for more than a minute before I hung up. I still waited approximately 10 more minutes. If someone had spoken through the speaker, told me to hold on, or given me an ETA, that would have been one thing, but there was no response at all. I rang the press here drive-thru again and waited a few more minutes and again there was no response. I called the store again and this time they hung on me. I thought it may be an error so I called again and I was hung up on again. I filed a complaint with subway as well. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway.
