  Normally not out in this part of town, but was out shopping and the husband wanted subway, he had a stomach surgery a few years back so he usually likes to go in to place his order but since he had a coupon he placed it online and then went inside to make sure everything was okay. First the man proceeded to give him choppy bits of meat and not very much of it, proceeded with everything else as normal until the end, instead of putting parmesan cheese, he put Italian dressing… ON TOP OF MAYO AND MUSTARD!!! The man realizes his mistake and instead of starting a new sub, he takes store napkins and proceeds to wipe off the dressing with the napkins! My husband then asks him if he could please make him a new sandwich, man first ignores him, then tell him no it will be fine. My husband asks him many times to which every time the man says it will be fine! After everything is said and done the man proceeds to tell my husband that next time he places an online order that he just needs to wait fifteen minutes and then come pick it up. Shocked at this my husband replies that if he hadn’t of come in, he would have received the wrong sub! Then the man doesn’t apologize at all, just proceeds to rush my husband out saying have a nice day! I work in customer service myself and this is ABSOLUTELY NOT how you treat people! Will NOT be returning here unless im craving a incorrectly made sub with incorrect sauces wiped off with a napkin..

  My mom went in earlier and got 3 subs and one of them was wrong and the owner gave it back saying that it was the right sub that she ordered and it was NOT CORRECT!!!! They didn’t even remake it. I’m angry and upset cause I’ve been coming there for a long time and they always got my subs right

  Do not go here! I ordered my 2 subs online which was buy one footlong and get the next footlong for $1. It was 5pm and the order said it would be ready at 5:20. There was no one in the store but I was told by the employee and the owner that I had to wait until 5:20 and that she needed to clean. Now I have been in the restaurant business all my life and I have never seen anything like this. I could understand if they were busy but again not a sole in the store….unbelievable!!

  This store feels like it has very poor service and very few items. That old woman didn’t change her gloves and was touching things all over the place.
