- ABangelica bosleySep 13, 20251.0This Subway is the closest location to my new home, so I was hoping it would be a reliable go-to. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The younger Indian lady working was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived, she was on her cell phone, didn’t wash her hands, and simply put gloves on before handling food. She even propped her phone up in the sandwich station where the meat is stored at one point. I had to repeat my sandwich order three times because she was holding her phone between her shoulder and ear, on speaker, and clearly distracted. I also had to repeat my toppings multiple times. It was frustrating and felt unsanitary. To be fair, I’ve been here before when an older gentleman was working, and he was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. That positive interaction is the only reason I considered coming back. But today’s experience really rubbed me the wrong way
