  employee was sitting on his phone. A second employee joined in on phone time shortly after we came in. They were out of onion, banana peppers, Pepsi, and their lemonade tasted like water that thought of a lemon. Service was slow, someone came in behind us, but they took so long making our 3 whole sandwiches that he left mid sandwich #2. Also the thermostate was set to 77 with the in store temp being 80.

  This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.

  Every time I go in, customer service is excellent, food has been cold on occasion even when asked to be toasted. Not sure why it would be cold if it comes out hot. But food is made properly with fresh food. Employees are patient and willing to accommodate special requests.
