  I own the business across the street and always order from here. Today since the blizzard hit I went in and asked for a footlong and when she put the chicken in, she put less then usual and I asked for more chicken and I don’t mind paying but she had an attitude and said it was my first time there? Terrible customer service She had a terrible attitude and since they took over as the new owners they are rude and cheap. I’ll wait until they sell it again and go back It was so bad I didn’t even want to eat and just walked out. Trust the terrible reviews because it’s actually terrible

  This newly locally owned location won’t Last long. Terrible customer service and don’t want to honor any coupons and make up rules as they see convenient to them.

  Went in for my 4th footlong which is supposed to be free and mind you i got all 3 footlongs from this place and the lady gone tell me it only work online which IS NOT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS they make theyre own rules and barely honor any coupons here. Wont be going back!

  Lady literally lost her mind when extra pickles were requested. NO you have enough. See it shows in pictures this how many we put on. 🤔🤔Should worry about the 2 roaches I saw underneath the bread toaster instead of crying about 2cents worth of extra pickles. If you see two there is always more...
