I went in to pick up subs Saturday nite , they overcharged us we were suppose to get them 2 for 12.99 we were charged 23.28. I didn’t see the charge of 23.28 until I got home I called and talked to the guy he said I would have to call Susi the manager back Monday. I told the guy I would bring both subs right back on Saturday he said he would still not be able to fix it because they couldn’t take any coupons or credit me and to call Susi on Monday. I just hung up the phone from Susi who is said she couldn’t do anything unless I brought both subs and the receipt in we ate some of the subs I told her she said there is nothing she could do. I wasn’t asking for my money back just the credit for the 10.29 because the subs were suppose to be 2 for 12.99 . Susi said they were taking the 2 for 12.99, then she said there is nothing they can do . She’s RUDE and very unprofessional don’t ever go to Sub Way on W.Broad St 43228.

This was not just bad service — it was abusive, hostile, and completely unacceptable behavior from staff.
I stopped in only to get lunch and had briefly stepped inside while finishing a business call. Instead of showing even basic professionalism, Michael and another female employee repeatedly interrupted me. When I finished my call, they mocked me with “Now you want to say hi?” — speaking to me as if I were intruding in their personal space rather than entering a public restaurant.
Michael then ordered me to leave over this trivial issue and continued to escalate the situation. As I exited, he made obscene hand gestures through the window, laughed, and taunted me along with his coworker. This was deliberate, juvenile, and openly hostile conduct.
His language and behavior were aggressive enough that I felt unsafe and contacted the police. No customer should ever be treated this way — especially over something so insignificant.
I left without food and was forced to drive over two miles out of my way to get Subway, wasting time during a workday because staff could not act like adults or professionals.
As someone with senior-level business development and leadership experience, I find this individual completely unfit to work in a customer-facing role. The fact that a coworker joined in instead of stopping the behavior strongly suggests this conduct is enabled, not corrected.
This was absolutely disgusting behavior and reflects a serious failure in management and brand oversight. If this is how customers are treated, it speaks volumes about the standards — or lack thereof — at this location.
I will never return.
