  I went to Subway last night around 8:50 or something and got two subs and got home and the bread was old and stale, I will never go back to the subway again

  Here at 9:43pm they say close at 10pm wouldn't let me order. To me that's bad customer service 👎

  Subject: Disappointing Experience at Subway – Poor Service and Coupon Denial Yesterday, I stopped by Subway to grab a Club sandwich, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a food establishment in years. The young man behind the counter was wearing an earpiece and appeared to be speaking in a different language to someone else while simultaneously trying to assist me and two other customers. He seemed distracted, distant, and disengaged—no eye contact, no greeting, no smile. It felt like his only goal was to rush us in and out. When I politely asked for extra spinach on my sandwich and said I’d be happy to pay for it, his response was rude and unkind. To make matters worse, when I presented a valid Subway coupon, he refused to accept it for the Club sandwich. However, the coupon clearly stated that it excludes only wraps, The Beast, and the Garlic Roast Beef—not Club sandwiches. Had I seen otherwise, I would not have ordered it. Frustrated and disappointed, I chose not to pay for the sandwich and left empty-handed. It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize saving a couple of dollars over offering a welcoming and respectful customer experience. I’m sharing this so others can be aware of the poor service at this particular location. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and retrains their staff on basic customer service and honoring clearly printed offers.
