- PMPhil McCrackin2 days ago4.0This is a subway, not a 5-star restaurant. You are honestly mistaken if you come here for the quality over the convenience, and I’ve never seen a store get the foot traffic they do. I cut them slack as they do a good job all things considered. There have been times I have come just for them to be closed (especially in the evening before their closing time), but their employees have told me that it is such a revolving door with their staffing that it’s a miracle they aren’t closing much earlier much often.

- CECheryl EvansJan 30, 20261.0Today 1/30 I was at Nationwide Children's Subway and the heavy set African american lady taking our order was rude and instead of sliding the food down to the next person she was practically throwing it to the next staying, all the other people had great attitude but the lady taking our order needs to get it together.

- BHBreanna HolderDec 22, 20251.0Arrived to restaurant at 8:43. Melissa said we’re closed I have too much cleaning to do. They do not close until 9pm. Remind you I have a child hooked up to IVs and can not leave the hospital. She refused to make a sandwich. She spent more time arguing about not making me and other customer a sandwich than it would have taken to just make the sandwich. As a former subway employee if a customer walked in at :59 you was getting a sub made. Malcom came out and offered to make us 2 customers a sub while Melissa stood there to continue to say he can make you a sub but I’m not. Very thankful for Malcom for being such a kind human being. God bless you Malcom and have a wonderful holiday season as you deserve it!
