When I arrived, the app wouldn't accept my stall number. I pressed the button for assistance, only to be told they were 'drive-thru only' and forced to get in a long line. I waited 15 minutes behind four other cars for drinks that were likely already sitting there. When I finally reached the window, they asked me to pay again, and I had to remind them it was a mobile order. They eventually found it and handed it over. I would never have ordered here if I had known I’d be trapped in the drive-thru for a 'quick' mobile pickup. The process is completely broken.
