Ordered a mobile order. Got to the #1 spot. App wouldn’t let me put in my number. When to a drive up stall and the person RUDELY said “drive thru only” when I pressed the button again to explain I had a mobil order that was supposed to be done at 11:37am she then RUDELY told me again “drive thru only”
Whoever is running this drive thru should be retrained on customer service.
Your inability to hire the correct amount of staff should not be the customers inconvenience.
It’s now 12:06 and I’m still stuck in the drive thru line.

Staff parked in the drive up making us think it was open. There was a misunderstanding as to what was happening and we were redirected to the drive thru. We went for the nostalgia. Things are better in your childhood I guess.

I had a terrible experience with a mobile order at this location. I ordered via the app and was told it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. When I arrived, the app wouldn't accept my stall number. I pressed the button for assistance, only to be told they were 'drive-thru only' and forced to get in a long line.
I waited 15 minutes behind four other cars for drinks that were likely already sitting there. When I finally reached the window, they asked me to pay again, and I had to remind them it was a mobile order. They eventually found it and handed it over. I would never have ordered here if I had known I’d be trapped in the drive-thru for a 'quick' mobile pickup. The process is completely broken.
