For starters she was on her phone while bagging orders. Then, she kept saying the same order name "Leyla Leyla" which seemed strange because how were all the bag orders for Leyla... then she left to the restroom and a nice gentlemen with glasses said what is the name on your order and I said Julie and what a surprise it was ready all along! Turns out the to-go bagger didn't want to give me the order. The food was just getting cold and that falls on us the delivery drivers... That individual needs more training or needs to find a job that she likes, because the food industry is clearly not for her!
