I get home the hubs goes to eat his bowl of chili with cheese….picture below for reference. We got more cheese that we did chili. I call to talk to a manager the young lady on the phone gives me this bs I calmly as for corporate number she says “I don’t have that, try again later” then hangs up on me. Very very unprofessional. I’m an office manager and if I was a manger overseeing this restaurant location I would get rid of the whole crew. Alexandria is the one that took the order, the young lady that answered the phone didn’t give a name. This is very unprofessional and uncalled behavior. We definitely will not be returning to this location. Probably not to any other location as well. For the price and unprofessional and ugly behavior.
