As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I wanted to order something else but the person at the window didn't even acknowledge me just handed me my food and I was like I didn't even pay for it she took my card, rang it, handed me the card back and walked away. No receipt no nothing. I think she was on the phone or talking to someone else when she walked away. I was the only one in line. I know why. I had not been to a Rallys in years. Now, I probably won't be back again. At least to that one. The food used to be good but now it barely passes. Mainly came for the fries but even those weren't great like I remembered. Another bad experience.
