As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I called and spoke to Greg who said he would not make me another sandwich, nor issue a refund!! He told me i had to come back in the morning!!! But they sure as hell charged me for the chicken wings but refuse to give me a refund or make me another sandwich!!! Spent $18 and they refused to make it right ans at least make me another Big Buford!!! I took pictures of how awful the sandwich looks!!! Unreal!! I will never order from this place again!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RALLYS!!! THEY EVEN MESSED UP MY DRINK!!! WORST RALLYS IN THE CITY!! I will be calling corporate!

- ECEly ConradDec 6, 20251.0I can not longer go to this location, gets the orders wrong every time, always an issue, and not just small issues, like whole meal sizes and orders all together, we were the only ones there and made to pull up for 2 sandwiches and a chicken box, ordered ordered large fries and large drinks, got small fries and drinks after the third time the dude had to bring us our stuff because he kept getting stuff wrong and thr frie boxes were only like half full, so they were half smalls 😆, next time smoke a sativa buddy. If it were just small mess ups, thats one thing, but its always a headache going here, and the employees get too frustrated doing the duties of the positions they themselves applied for and accepted.
