Went to grab a quick dinner on a week day and was greeted with 5-8 people waiting for their pickup orders and a line that did not move for at least 10 min. Multiple people’s orders were ready and lying on the counter but there was no staff asking for names to pass out the to-go orders. They were grilling chicken on aluminum foil laid over the grill and the food did not taste fresh at all. None of the staff spoke English and I had to use hand signals to get the right ingredients. I was thoroughly disappointed as I typically go to the New Albany location. Looking back, I could’ve driven up the New Albany, gotten infinitely better service and food, and eaten in the same time it took to get my dinner here. Highly recommend avoiding this location and visiting the New Albany one 10 times out of 10.

However this was an expensive catering order and it should have been ready with plenty of prior notice. All cold items - veggies, sauces, and guac were missing. I called and let the manager know and she fixed the order and I drove back to pick it up.
