    Very sorry at communicating that they don’t have drivers traveled all the way from Texas wanting a pizza only to be disappointed waiting over two hours for a pizza that never showed up and to be rudely talked to by the worker that finally answered the phone after phone constantly ringing for over 10 mins

    This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. First off I ordered a pizza with a lot of topping and when I opened the box it was pep and cheese only. Then I tried to call and sat on hold for 35 minutes til I hung up and called back. They answered this time and screamed in the phone HELLO HELLO and before I could respond they hung up. So I got dressed and drove it in. Once I arrived it’s a very questionable location and the store was filthy. I show the lady working there and she said she apologizes and would make me a new pizza. Did not offer me anything in return for the mistake or me driving in when I paid for delivery. She rushed the new pizza where all my toppings were on one side and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The delivery driver came in yelling at the lady and her back at him in front of me before I left. I had to go home and finish cooking my pizza before I could even eat. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! Or papa John’s as a franchise!!!
