I found a long black piece of hair in my pizza, I called the restaurant asked for the manager and she seemed like she didn't care, won't order again from this place and will notify corporate. I was also told they don't wear hair nets

I am not one to give nice reviews, but this one gets a 12/10. The amount of staff on duty, combined with how busy they are, they still provide some of the best papa johns I have ever had.
They provide a consistent product, strive to ask how it was and strive to make the perfect pizza.
I ordered a Large, extra pepperoni, extra cheese pizza, well done ($9.99 deal). I did do Carryout because I think that’s the best way to get your pizza. No blaming the weather, traffic, and whatnot = fresh pizza review.
Perfection. Derric is the one who gets my perfect pizza award for 2025 AND 2026.

If I could leave negative stars for this location I would solely for the customer service provided by the manager.
I called in my order and was told 30-40 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called in to check on my order as I am very close to this location. When my call was answered after 15 minutes of waiting I said I had an order for delivery and before I could continue I was immediately interrupted by the manager. She then started telling me that the driver had called multiple times and knocked on the door. I explained that was incorrect and did not get any calls (and we have ring cameras around the front of our house). Before I could say anything more she said hold on and made the driver talk to me.
I then told the driver the same story and got the same excuse back. When she finally told me the number she called it was incorrect and told me a different street name. I told her my correct address and she said okay be right there.
After waiting over an hour and a half I assumed I was getting a new pizza/wings. Within 3 minutes of hanging up the phone the delivery was at my door. I asked the driver if it was a new pizza/wings or the one that had been sitting around for an hour. The driver then tried to tell me that I was wrong and it hadn’t been over an hour. And I had already paid and tipped when I ordered.
The pizza was literally cold and gross. I then tried to call back in to ask for a refund. After about 10 minutes of waiting again the manager answered the phone and I couldn’t say a single word and she said to me “we’re in the middle of a dinner rush” and then hung up on me. This was after 8:00pm
As someone who has spent their entire life in the customer service industry I have NEVER had an experience like this.
To say I was upset is not cutting it close. Please go to any other shop but here. They truly do not care about you.
Never once was I mean or yelled or anything.
Disgusting behavior by the manager, Amanda.

Man name is Denri Newman he is so rude. I orded pizza they said 25minutes they prepared more than 40minutes and when I arrived there cashier said that it not my problem customer service problem.
Denri was so rude to me before 2 times when I ordered I asked no cut 2 times he did cut and at the end I didn't take pizza from there. It was last year. He knows my face for this he did againg same rudness to me.

Papa John's, why would you only schedule 1 person on a saturday when there is a noon OSU game. I ordered 15 pies and the guy on the phone said it would only be 20 mins, I told him I didnt need them for an hour and a half, he insisted no it will be ready in 20. I get a call from the store just to find out the person I talked to was a call center in the Philippines... wow. I feel so great knowing I gave my CC info over the phone to someone in ANOTHER COUNTRY. Whoever is in charge of scheduling doesnt have any common sense. There needs to be better communication to these call centers. Showed up to get my pizzas at the agreed upon time just to be told its another 30 min wait. Which would have been the time I told them I needed it originally. Will not be ordering again from Papa John's.
