  No acostumbro a hacer este tipos de comentarios pero este lugar merece a que yo me desahogue.Pero este lugar fue lo peor en esta noche el personal del segundo turno de la tienda muy grosero tenía un vocabulario demasiado malo y hasta marihuana estaba fumando los mánager de la tienda deberían de tomar cartas en el asunto. Ahora les cuento lo que me paso ordene dos pizzas por teléfono envío a mi esposa a recoger las pizza y todavía no la orden habían descargado del sistema mi esposa espero casi una hora y la orden no salía se regreso a la casa y entonces fui yo a buscar la orden cuando fui le pregunté a uno del personal le pregunté y me salió con malas crianzas me dijo de todo y luego agarro su cigarrillo de marihuana y se salió por la parte posterior de la tienda pedí mi reembolso y no me lo dieron en verdad no deberían de tener un personal así con tanta ineptitud………….I don't usually make these kinds of comments, but this place deserves my venting. This place was the worst tonight. The staff on the second shift were incredibly rude, using foul language, and were even smoking marijuana. The store managers should really address this. Here's what happened: I ordered two pizzas by phone and sent my wife to pick them up. The order hadn't even been processed yet; it hadn't been downloaded from the system. My wife waited almost an hour, and the order still hadn't arrived. She went back home, so I went to pick it up myself. When I got there, I asked one of the staff members about it, and he was incredibly rude. He said all sorts of things to me, then grabbed his marijuana cigarette and left through the back of the store. I asked for a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. They really shouldn't have such incompetent staff.

  Seems like the last couple weeks there's only been only one employee on site to open the store and prepare orders to on Friday. Be prepared to have excessive wait time on your orders during this time. Can't just go in and pick up and get right out, you're going to wait awhile. Employees are friendly and helpful, service just takes forever.

  I ordered delivery today. They didn’t have drivers so they outsourced it to DoorDash. When DoorDash got the order it added almost an hour to my expected delivery time. The drive texted me but never called, I don’t always hear texts, elected to leave it at the front of my complex instead. Someone stole it in less than 5 minutes it took to get to the front of my complex. I called the store and they originally told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to call DoorDash. Thankfully I asked a follow up question about how I talk to DoorDash about an order that isn’t showing on my account since I ordered thru the papa John’s app. I was then placed on hold and they asked what the process was and turns out they have to call DoorDash. I was told I would get a call back as soon as they got done with DoorDash. It has now been three hours. I’m assuming he hasn’t called back because he didn’t even ask for my name. I will never order from this location again every time something gets messed up. He also didn’t ask if I wanted it remade and re-sent or for pick up.

  I've tried ordering from this location 2 times. Both times there are issues with the order. I don't know what is going on that makes it so hard to get an order correct. Stuffed Crust pizza and Thin Crust are different. Those at Papa John's don't know that. Not ordering from this location ever again.
