  This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chain restaurant. We ordered delivery at 10 PM, but the location was open until 2 AM, so this should not have been an issue. We ordered one medium pizza via phone directly to the restaurant, and the employee said it would arrive in 45 minutes. At 11:30 PM, we called the restaurant to check as it had been double the time we were told our pizza would arrive and the website was not updating our order. They said they were working on it. Mind you, the Papa John's was only 2 miles from our location. Finally at 12:00 AM, 2 hours after we placed our order, we get a notification that our pizza has been assigned a DoorDash driver. We were very upset to find this out, as we purposefully ordered through Papa John's to avoid a DoorDash delivery, given that DoorDash is known to assign multiple orders to a driver, resulting in cold food. But oh well, at least we would be getting our pizza. At 12:35 AM, our order was delivered. Except, it was not the pizza we ordered, but instead an order of breadsticks. We were completely disappointed and thought the driver had mixed up orders. Then, we checked the box and it had my name and the pizza order on the box. So actually, Papa John's had placed the wrong order in the box. We were obviously disappointed, but the restaurant was going to be open for another 1.5 hours, enough time for them to make and deliver the correct order. So, I attempted to call the restaurant and they would not pick up my call. A friend who had not placed the order then called, and they picked up immediately. When she stated why she was calling, they said they would get a manger and placed her on hold. They did not pick up the phone again and she was on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up her call. Another friend then attempted to call, and her call went unanswered. Finally, I called corporate, and they said they would have to speak with the location before refunding our order. It wasn't until 2 days later that I did hear from someone at Papa John's stating they "would like to apologize to you for the late service that you have recently received" and that I could call or email to speak more about it. I sent an email immediately explaining what happened and it took 3 follow ups and 2 weeks (!!!) to finally hear that a refund would be sent in 3-5 business days. It has since been 5 business days and that refund has yet to be posted. I am so disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service from this Papa John's location. So much so that we will never be ordering from Papa John's again. And I recommend that you avoid this location at all cost.

  This is the second time I've come to a Papa Johns location and the service was WACK...my friend went to the window and nobody came to take our order. This was on NYE but I've experienced this at the Reynoldsburg location months ago ...Papa John's need to get it together!!!!

  DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered online and when I went in my order hadn’t even been started yet. They told me 10 minutes. I go sit in my vehicle because there’s no chairs to even sit and wait on your already paid for order that’s not ready. I ho back in there’s 4 other customers standing there who hadn’t been waited on yet. I’m over hearing one of the workers on a personal call, then a conversation about how they would “fight somebody”. After having to “ask” to be waited on, I was told 5-7 minutes. Then I’m watching these two workers wondering if something was being done to my food at this point. One of them calls my name and thought I was a delivery driver and again walks away not informing me of anything to do with my order. So, after wasting almost an hour of my time, I canceled my order. Do not waste your time or money ordering here.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Order gave to DoorDash was not mine. Called the store to speak with manager and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and nobody answered. Dont order from this place and even if you do, don’t tip because the people who deliver your food provide horrible customer service.

  We ordered pizza tonight and my daughter bit into a piece of pizza and pulls a long brown hair out of her mouth and it had a piece of sausage attached to it that she she had to pull out of her throat. Then she throws up and everybody else did it was ANARCHY AND DISGUSTING. I have been trying to call the store since 6:41pm and of course no one at the store will answer the phone. Bend over 2 weeks they refunded my money finally but I still have not got a professional phone call from anybody at this store about hair in my pizza you think they would care about a customer that comes there a lot and literally has an issue and I hear from nobody and I was told my phone number would be given to the district manager and still nothing this pizza place does not care about its customers you will eat whatever they put in your pizza and deal with it they won't apologize or anything this has got to be the worst Papa John's on the planet and I think people should stop going here.
