  I am posting this message incase the person who threatened me shows up to my house. I have patiently waited to pick a carry out and when they couldn’t locate my order I requested a refund and they gave me the refund. The employee followed me to the car to informed me that she will find me and beat me up after having back and forth insults. I will never visit this location ever again.

  The food was dry and they had just hanged up in my face so I called back and then when they pick the phone up they just start laughing like what the holy spirit

  Thursday January 22,2026 I ordered 3 pizzas ! They were to be delivered to my house! I kept waiting and waiting hours went by I called the pizza shop 2 times ! The first time a guy answered the phone I told him my name and address and asked about the 3 pizzas he told me hold on then a woman answered the phone I told her the same thing! She said the 3 pizzas were out for delivery and would be at my house in just a few minutes! Another over a hour went by no pizzas ! I called back the woman answered the phone I again told her my name and address she said she was looking it up and all 3 of the pizzas had been delivered to my house! I said no Ma'am we have been waiting on the 3 pizzas no one has knocked on the door, I checked the porch no pizzas I went down and checked by the gate no pizzas anywhere!! She said the driver was one of theirs and not a Uber or anything and he said he delivered the order I said no we never received them then she said when the driver comes back she will check with them again and get in touch with me! I never heard anything back from her and definitely no pizzas! No mention of refunding or replacing not one word!! With the order, taxes , delivery fee and tip was $39.95 to me that is a lot of money!! No more ordering from Papa John's at this location!!

  1hr past delivery time and still no pizza. Called to get refund and all they said is not enough workers. How about notifying us like a civilized person would. Never order from this place.
