- KSK S3 days ago1.0I immediately noticed Delivery driver dropped off somebody else’s order, but she was already pulling away. I tried to quickly solve a simple problem rather than just complain, so called papa John’s to ask them to see if they could call her really quickly to ask her to turn around and give me the correct pizza. They said no they can’t because they use door dash. I asked why can’t they get the phone numbers of their door dash drivers. He said well, he probably could, but we’re busy tonight with orders, so I’m he couldn’t. They supposedly put the order back in for us, and the order never showed up. A system needs to exist where they can see what driver (and contact number) has whose order so they can be held accountable for stealing a pizza, and won’t use them next time. We called to let them know and he said “we’ll reimburse you just in case they don’t show up”. I see no reason why they can’t look into the person who stole my order rather than “well it’s on door dash, maybe complain to door dash”. I suspect the manager just never put the order back in and blamed it on the driver, though.

Is the system has a glitch or too busy (as far i ve seen it isnt busy at all). Very disappointed. Now i need to find a different store or other pizza should be good too

It was really difficult to get on touch with them to try and get the issue resolved. And the pizza wasn't even very good.
