  This is definitely the worst Papa John’s location that I have ever experienced in the Columbus Ohio district don’t ever order from here. Managers are terrible owners don’t care about people and their money are hungry and greedy so they don’t care about your order or if it gets there on time. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with this place

  Pizza was over 45 minutes late, ice cold and the wrong order. If it was atleast my order I wouldve warmed it in my oven myself. Crust was too har to chew when my husband checked it.

  So basically I've ordered a large cheese pizza and cheese sticks at 7:01 now it's 9 horrible service and I'm still waiting for my oder will not order again Marcos pizza way better

  On two separate occasions my order has been messed up and each time I end up having to contact corporate because whatever manager is there has an attitude and says it’s not their fault. BAD BUSINESS, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD PIZZA

  This location is trash! I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, both of them came with absolutely ZERO pizza sauce on them. None, zero, nothing. Do not order from this location EVER. Order from the Westerville location on State St. Put sauce on the pizza!!!!
