It was originally supposed to be delivered between 5:27 and 5:47, but the order kept getting pushed back later and later, until 6:25. I called the store and they said the order was waiting for a driver. I called DoorDash, and they told me there was a driver but the store hadn't marked the order as ready. I tried to call the store back. No one answered, so I had to call Panera customer service to get a refund. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued, but the store manager didn't do that correctly and I had to open a case with Panera. Don't order delivery from this location unless you want to have a similar frustrating experience.

However, when she needed a supervisor to approve an override, the supervisor was surprisingly rude. She told me that if I wanted to place an order again, I should use the app or call by phone. If that’s the case, why even keep the counter open for orders?
