I called the restaurant, and the employee I talked to didn’t care at all. He let me know that I needed to contact door dash for a refund (even though I ordered through Panera’s website). I called door dash, and she said the order had been canceled (not by me). Well, I still got a charge on my credit card! I called door dash, and they informed me I had to call Panera. No one at the restaurant ever answered my call. In my experience, no one ever answers the phone at this location. I will not be ordering any work lunches in the future from Panera (especially this location!!)
