I have been to many Panera’s across many states and unfortunately this has been the worst location I have been to when it comes to the quality of the food. They have disappointed me ever time, and in general so has the greater Columbus area Paneras. Soup: every time I get it, the texture and consistency can be described as watered-down. It is as if you added an extra pint of water to the recipe. Sincerely, this has happened every time, and ruins the consistently, texture, and taste. The baguette that comes with the soup cannot be called a baguette. It tastes and has the consistency of a loaf of white whole wheat bread. I have not had bread this bad anywhere else, this is sincerely a huge quality issue. The sandwiches and salad are always okay but mediocre at best. Usually not an ideal temperature or ingredient mixture ratio completely off. I don’t have insane expectations for Panera, it’s a Panera… but I’ve had other Panera’s have actual good food. So location falls very short in comparison. They definitely have a 1-2 people on it staff seeming to try to hold things together while the rest mess around. Some district manager to another, I suggest a district manager get over here asap.
