And I know that it’s just food, but the whole experience was so frustrating that I literally burst into tears after talking to him. Definitely cannot recommend this particular location.

Both times I've order rapid pick up, it's taken over an hour to get my food. I ordered a full salad and got about 4 ounces of lettuce, it's a joke to be honest. Absolute rip off. It should be illegal to advertise large salads in photos then give customers a few pieces of lettuce and call it a day. Does corporate Panera not care??? I will never go to another Panera again, even it's the only thing left after the apocalypse.
