  The manager and his team were fantastic! I order my sandwich not knowing that it would be a cold sandwich. I went to ask the gentleman if I could have it warmed up. He was gracious enough to make me a brand new sandwich! He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wasn’t irritated in the least! This is what client service should look like. I work in banking and will use this as an example for my team.

  Good customer service, food very delicious. Portions smaller and higher in price then last here which was over a year ago. Prices doubled in a couple years.

  It's a Panera. The baked goods are good. The sandwiches are OK. There's plenty of seating and it's usually quiet. There are some long time employees who are very competent, and kids who are just entering the work force. Service is usually good but I recommend always getting a receipt and double checking your order. The store is clean but kind of run down; the fixtures are nearing the end of their usefulness. Parking isn't adequate for the amount of business this location gets.

  I ordered the pic 2 and got the Autumn squash and the Italian of sandwich and a to-go cup of coffee. I go to fill my coffee hazelnut is empty so I have to finish filling it with the regular coffee. All of which is barely lukewarm like bath water. When I get my sandwich. The whole wrapper and package is covered in oil and vinegar and it's really difficult to eat it without getting oil all over me. The food tasted good. Just poor presentation and just seems like nobody really cares there. Fireplace was also turned off. Probably difficult to see the oil with the photo below. But I basically stopped eating it cuz I was tired of having oily hands.
