Disappointed, but that is the norm anymore. Food was very slow to come out. Around 40 minutes after the appetizer for our entrée. Brought out our dessert before the entrée.
Ordered 6oz. sirloin cooked medium. When it finally came out it was med/rare and cold. Like it was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes.
Sad to say I am not surprised. The last few times I've been here it has been this way.
I only come anymore if someone gives me a gift card.
May start selling them instead.

We went on a Tuesday at 3:00, it wasn't busy. Seated immediately. Our waitress visited our table 3 times in an hour and a half. Took drink order, food order and brought the bill. We ordered tea, 2 entrees, bill was $75. Food was just OK at best. The atmosphere wasn't very clean including the restroom. Our server wasn't rude but was very obvious she had no interest in waiting on us. If we hadn't just come here because we had a gift card I probably would have been upset or complained. We won't be returning.

10/25/2025 - first time revisiting this Outback Steakhouse in over a decade with one of my best buds, and the experience was great. Complimentary bread and butter is provided. I ordered their Boomerita to start off with the cocktails. For my entree I ordered their Sirloin & Grilled Chicken with a Cesar salad. Everything tasted delicious. There is booth seating , elevated booth seating, table seating, and bar seating. Good place for various celebratory occasions. Our server/manager was amazing. Thank you. Decent prices. Parking out front just walking distance to the restaurant. Enjoy!

Was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Only the second time I've ever walked out of a place. There was only three tables in the place when we sat down us being a fourth table. Ordered our drinks wanted to order our food but she told us to wait, Hope our waitress went and got orders from two other tables that came in after us, got their drinks and still not ours an hour later now 10 tables all got their food. But us still nothing. No bread. No refill on our drinks and not our food. The table behind us got pretty much the same order as us and got their food after sitting down a half hour after us had the same waitress.

Ridiculously understaffed. They had the bartender waiting tables, and one busboy, and that’s it. There is absolutely no excuse for this, staff your restaurant. If nobody is available, hire. If nobody is applying, treat your workers better and compensate them adequately. It is always easy to staff an ethically-run business. The wait alone ensures that I’ll never be back, but on top of that, I will not patronize a place that doesn’t treat workers well. For the record: Hope was our server and she was working so hard and was so nice and friendly and helpful. The wait was NOT her fault. One person can only help so many tables. This is the responsibility of somebody higher up. So disappointing. ALSO, why is it so warm in here :/
