    Came here for a celebration of a personal accomplishment, Tracy was are server she is absolutely amazing and was the kindest person would recommend to anyone looking for good food and great service!

    Planned a family Christmas party here where family from both South and North Ohio met to celebrate the holidays. Everything was phenomenal except they were out of carrot cake! Our server did a wonderful job and even snapped some pics for us. Thank you!

    This was honestly the furthest thing from fine dining I’ve ever experienced. Several key menu items were unavailable, including the seafood towers—which were the only reason we chose this restaurant, especially since they were still being advertised online. When we were told they didn’t have them, it immediately became a “now what?” moment. That was the main draw, and without it, we would’ve chosen somewhere else entirely. It didn’t stop there. The surf and turf was also unavailable, the fish option they suggested was out as well, and at that point the menu felt stripped down and disappointing. For a restaurant positioned as upscale, especially during a holiday season, this level of unavailability was shocking.. The food we did receive fell flat. The broccolini was extremely plain, lacking seasoning or any thoughtful preparation, and overall the meal just wasn’t what I expected from a fine-dining steakhouse—let alone one at this price point. Between the misleading online menu and the lack of preparation for demand, the experience missed the mark entirely. If expectations had been set honestly ahead of time, we could have made a different choice. we will not return as this was our first experience here.

    We dined in on Christmas Eve at Polaris Mitchell’s Steakhouse, and Brandon was hands down the best part of the entire experience. He was an exceptional server and truly went above and beyond—especially on a holiday. I’ve honestly never met a server who cared so deeply about his job. He took photos of our families, was incredibly attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It was a top-notch service experience, and we will absolutely be returning specifically to dine with him again. That said, the food and atmosphere could use some improvement. We were seated in a darker dining area, while the main dining space was very bright for a Christmas Eve dinner. I did ask if the lights could be dimmed, but unfortunately no adjustment was ever made. The food itself was fairly bland, and by that evening several items were already unavailable. For a holiday, I feel there should be an overflow of product, or at the very least this should be communicated ahead of time—either online or during the reservation process—so guests can decide in advance if they want the “special menu.” Adding a note to reservations that food is based on availability would set much clearer expectations. Overall, Brandon made the night memorable and special, but the restaurant experience as a whole has room to improve.

    We dined in at Mitchell’s Steakhouse over the holidays, and it was hands down the best service we’ve ever experienced. Despite how busy it was, Savanna was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. She made our entire family feel so loved and truly welcomed from start to finish. You could tell she cared—not just about the service, but about us as people. She made our holiday meal unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back because of her. cons: the food could use some seasoning in addition to the dining room was SO bright.. kind of odd for an evening dinner vibe… maybe adjust the light levels? seems odd to be able to see the entire dining room
