  They were so rude for no reason? I ordered Big Mac sauce I was charged for it I saw it on the screen and they refused to give it to me. Then we noticed our small fry was missing we asked if we could at least get that and she was extremely rude once again saying we need to prove it so we did and she told us to pull up so we waited. Once she came out she walked up said this is for you guys don’t come back I think? I don’t know exactly she was walking away as she said it she was also trying to get me to pay a dollar for a little cup of sauce when usually I’ve paid 50 cents im the past I don’t recommend coming here.

  This is how a mcds should be! Fast and good! Everytime I go I’m in and out withing a few minutes. If you go to the mcds in new Albany and you’ll sit there for 50 minutes waiting on a water cup but Bethel rd is amazing! Thank you!

  I made a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and was asked 5 times what my order was. The guy at the window was going to hand me 4 drinks individually so I had to ask for a cup holder. He also asked me 3 times what my fourth drink was (sweet tea). I was the only person in my car so I asked if I could get my order put in a large bag like they use for door dash. He told me no, those are only for door dash, then proceeded to hand me my order in two bags that wound up ripping once I got home to bring them inside. I asked him if my sauces were in the bag, he told me yes... they were not. To add insult to injury, I got 1 straw for 4 drinks, their Sprite tasted like tonic water, and the fries were stale. The only edible thing in my children's meals were the burgers. Total waste of money. I'm not sure if the guy at the window is new, but even the guy who appeared to be the manager looked lost and confused. Going forward, I'll spend the extra 10 minutes and order from the McDonald's further up the road.

  I have photos in my archive but I’ll never forget when I got a bloody Big Mac from this location. Literal blood on the bread of the sandwich… good thing I inspect my food when I eat it. Like someone’s finger was bleeding which let me know they weren’t wearing gloves. Then to add insult to injury when I called to let them know about the issue the manager on duty put me on hold. I guess they were slammed w/ DoorDash and Drive-Thru orders and just blew me off and never picked up the phone after setting it down. So it’s safe to say I never got the issue resolved. That was obviously a pretty serious matter. I did report them to the health department but not sure if anything ever happened after that.
