  It's a Monday morning and they pulled the Monday-est thing ever. I ordered a small iced caramel mocha. They gave me a cup with creamer (milk?), ice & milk. It was delivered to me, so I couldn't even go back and ask them to remake remake it. Or, should I say make it, since they didn't make what I ordered in any way, shape or form.

  The service was ok, they brought the food and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for Coke Zero but it was not working. Most of the fries were crispy and dark in color. The floor and tables were dirty and the womens bathroom had no toilet paper in either stall and the water didn’t work

  I've been eating there once or twice a week for as long as I can remember. The food is good, but there's this rude, impatient guy who yells at you like he's your dad because he has no patience for you or if you make a mistake with your order. I won't be going back to that place because of that crazy guy. And I bet he's the one who didn't put the large fries I ordered to go in the bag. I got home and my order was incomplete.

  The store listed it is open at 1 AM. There were staff in the store. We approached the drive-thru once and were ignored completely. We waited for several minutes and asked for assistance. Terrible customer service.

  Every time that I go, they charge me even for a sauce or a couple of water. And today. I went to buy 3 hot chocolate and 2 coffees but instead they gave me 3 hot fudges ,when it’s a difference in price and then didn’t give me my money back until I ask for my money but they have the worst attitude because they throw the money in the counter and the service is the worse specially in the evening the two managers and the lady in the fries I think their job is to make everybody comfortable and give them a good service and it never felt that way I hope they change this people or teach them how to give a good customer service
