  This location provided the worst experience for me. When I was in line to give my order, the girl spoke for a few seconds and then no one reacted for 10-15 minutes. I tried repeating "hello" and "is anyone able to take my order?" but no one responded. However, she was receiving orders from the next line. After waiting so long, I went up to the first window, and as I was leaving, she took the car behind my order. I walked to the window and informed her I had been waiting so long for my order to be processed, but no one responded. She smiled lightly, as if laughing. She then took my order, which included a Mc chicken, six nuggets with buffalo and ranch sauce, and a medium cola.After paying, I went to the next window to get my food and there was no drink so I told the lady there that I had a medium coke and the lady had a very harsh tone and told me "No you didn't pay for it" and I said "Yes i did, i had asked for one" and she continued to speak in that tone and handed me my receipt and said that I didn't have it but I had asked for it. The girl who took my order forgot to include it. I then asked if I could just pay for it, and she told no, I needed to place my order again in line. I didn't want to deal with the whole situation again, so I left. It was a waste of time, and I had to deal with the worst employees there. Never returning to that location again.

  Not 24 hrs. Closed at 5am Update Tried this location again and I had to pull up to a window because they weren't using their second line. They decided I didn't deserve a hash brown with my value meal. Can't wait for Burger King to open earlier.

  Whenever I order my food from this place it so dissatisfying with my order NEVER being delivered because the “store hasn’t made your order yet” with 30 minutes gone by ever since I ordered it.

  Poor customer service. I asked for a receipt and got told to pull up and after 15 minutes I went in and they couldn't find my order after I just came through the Drive-Thru

  My friend was sitting in the lobby this morning while the lobby the lobby was open, she was quite & polite respectful...she was asked to leave! Wen she was asked to leave she got sick from a cold from standing outside! I dont think ppl should b treated that way especially wen she wasn't doing anything!
