  Typically we go to this location, 619 harrisburg pike columbus oh 43223, out of convenience as it's closer. When we go there, we wait in the line longer than need be when you're the only person in the line. At specifically 8:55pm on 3.12.26 we were finally acknowledged in the drive thru. We started to put in our order and the person who was taking it was unprofessional. We were in mid sentence trying to state our order and we just heard them laugh, having their own personal conversation. We asked if they heard what we were ordering and they laughed saying "Yeah, I'm listening." We just pulled away. We went out of our way to go to a location, 1377 harrisburg pike columbus oh 43223, and that they provided better service and fresh food.

  I order through the drive-through at the store and it is the slowest drive-through I think I’ve ever been in. I spent 20 minutes or so waiting for some food. The service here is just awful the worker, seeing confused and unorganized. Somebody needs to be a better manager, the lady at the window. She kind of was confused and saying that her headset wasn’t working correctly and the lady at the second window is sitting there with bags of food, confused as to what’s what. This is shameful! I will be sure to avoid this location in the future, especially at night because there’s not enough staff apparently and it’s just taking way too long to get food. The line is wrapped around the building.
