- MCMelissa Montgomery ClarkMar 8, 20261.0I have lived near here for 20 years. The service and quality have TANKED this year and it is solely the fault of the owner. This place is never staffed fully. Actually to say it is staffed at all would be an overstatement. I think there were 2 people working there today at dinner. I had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order that was redone 3 times and STILL not correct. Will never go back again. What a shame.

I won't go back. Leave your screaming unprofessional behavior at home. This is the most unpleasant experience I e ever had at a McDonald's restaurant.

Eh, could be worse I guess. But the burger I got the meat was so old. I can tell it was sitting in the warmer for awhile as I have 5 1/2 years in fast food myself and in management. I haven't had a good experience here in years.
- RWRebecca WellsFeb 1, 20261.0My husband went through the drive through to get us breakfast, came back home after a two minute drive and saw that they gave him the wrong item. He took it back simply to get what he ordered and they tried to tell him that was what he ordered before they even looked at the item. That and we always get charged for extra sauce on our breakfast sandwiches and they never give it. All the people that work the front of the store are some of the rudest people I have ever met.
