  will take 5 orders from one lane but won’t take an order from the other, why do u have two if ur only gonna use one?

  Been coming to this McDonald’s for years. Every single time, without fail, they move every car out of the drive thru to the waiting spots. Doesn’t matter what time of day or if any of cars are in the drive thru. They are cheating the drive thru timer by making you wait in the parking lot. This has been happening for at least the last 5 years.

  I went to this McDonald’s today to order the grinch meal, they didn’t have it which is fine. The problem is when I placed my order a man was on the speaker and soon as I said I wanted the grinch meal a girl got on the speaker and said we don’t have it which is fine then she proceeded to be rude about it and tell me they don’t have it and they won’t be getting it back. The man completely disappeared off the speaker. I felt like I was ordering through the grinch

  When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw that my order was ready according to the code number. I took the order, put it aside, and asked the girl if it was ready. She told me, with an annoyed look, to put the bag back where it was because it wasn't ready yet. After making me wait 10 minutes, she asked me for my order number, and I showed it to her. She said yes, it was ready. But she made me wait on purpose because it was already ready. I overheard a short African American girl with a bun saying "stupid" and how badly she treated me. This happened today, Tuesday, November 11th, at 6:40 pm.

  They ask drive through customers to park and then make them wait for someone to walk their food out. Waited for 30 min before I went in and they had forgotten about me. Once I was inside it took 1 minute to get my food. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that’s asked folks to wait in parking lot. The workers walking the food out are zombies- walking so slow with no thought behind their eyes. They tried to bring me someone else’s order. If they ask if you’ll wait in the parking lot, I’d advise you say no. They gave me a coupon for a free meal, so I appreciate the manager for acknowledging their mistake.
