I really like MacDonald about their cleanliness. At some point I waited a bit to get served, but I understood because of the number of customers they had to serve at the same time. They are quick regardless of the number of customers.

I just stopped by the location 901 on Wilson rd after doing school drop offs, this is a location that I frequent often sometimes twice a day but definitely multiple times a week. The evening staff are amazing, hard working and even if they're understaffed unnecessarily apologetic. The evening shift manager Is phenomenal! I see her late at night working over often (sorry I dont remember your name)
However, this experience this morning was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive through ordered a breakfast burrito and orange juice. I was instructed to pull around. I looked for a total on the screen before pulling around and it wasn't totaled yet. I get to the first window a woman about my mother's age (Debbie) gives me my total with extreme attitude, I of course don't respond to the negative energy immediately, I get it. I to work in the food and beverage industry and always take into consideration that you never know what people are going through. I proceed to grab the bills from my wallet and look for the exact change in my console. She immediately yanks open the window and yells to me "do you want me to cancel your order!" I respond "I'm just grabbing the change you didn't give me a total at the speaker" she responds " I didn't take your order! the total was on the screen and were busy!" I respond "the total wasn't on the screen I was instructed to pull around and you didn't even give me time to get the money to you before you immediately asked to cancel my order ".
She starts yelling and says "I will cancel your order" I ask for her name she yells Debbie! What's yours? I tell her my name isn't important, because I'm not the one being unprofessional and rude at my job threatening to cancel orders and arguing with customers completely unwarranted.
I pay she yells some things about next time canceling my order and slams the window.
I pull to the next window ask for management and let Amber the manager on duty know what took place and told her I wanted to place a review. (which by the way I have NEVER done ever) and that I come here all the time and how shocked I was to be treated this way. In the middle of Amber being very kind and helpful Debbie approaches and starts arguing with me through the second window.
I let Amber know I would just like a refund and I couldn't believe that an employee was behaving in that manner. Amber shut the window to get my refund and I could hear Debbie yelling through the closed window about me, irate at her superior just blatant disrespect.
I was in complete disbelief.
Amber returns to the window with my refund apologetic and gives me the information to place a complaint. I called and didn't receive an answer.
Under no circumstance is it ever ok to treat customers like that. I'm still in shock under no circumstances does McDonald's a corporation of that magnitude desperately need help to the point they should be excepting this behavior. I am beyond disappointed.I've been coming to this location for year's and it's the closest location to my house. I really hope that this behavior is reprimanded it's very obvious that this was not just someone having a bad day.This is who Debbie is and will clearly continue to be.

Every morning they get an attitude when they have to take your order because you didn’t use the kiosk
Like i did use the kiosk i chose pay at counter
They’ll have you standing there for 15 mins with only like 4 cars in drive thru
It’s so annoying
Finna just start getting breakfast at pilot across the street from now on

The service was so slow I found so much humor in it I made a TikTok 😂😂😂😂 but it’s ok I have an appreciation still😂 the girl was walking like a whole turtle BAHAHAHA

The guy that was working the counter was super rude to me and my co worker BECAUSE HIS kiosk didn't print us out receipts or give us a order number. Im in there everyday and dont deserve to get cussed at. Yall should probably look into some customer service training cause that was insane. Me and my co workers will start going some where else.
