The Big Mac was the same but slathered in sauce so it was wet and dry at the same time. I should have checked the back before I left but it was late, that also is no excuse for my food to be in the condition it was. I hate this McDonalds, they always get your order wrong and the food is always old and nasty they should be ashamed. I will NEVER GO BACK 0/10 would not recommend

The older lady who is at the window most of the time is rude as hell. The food is always going to be cold, the nuggets will never be fresh they use old grease. Worst McDonalds in Columbus by far

If you go before 4 am, they tell you they are not taking orders until 4 am or one time she told me 4:10 am. Wait in line for 20 minutes and more. Or when there are no cars in line and you get to the window right away, you sit at the window and watch the employee scroll on her phone while you sit there and wait.... Someone needs to send some management to this location. It needs an overhaul in the worst way. Service is consistently horrible.
