  I've been coming here 4 years in the mornings just for coffee everything was great but had to finally had to stop due to a new shift manager they hired Patrice. Couple of times she screamed made a scene acting unprofessional at me the customer. When she screams in the store making a scene playing the victim I just stayed quiet and so sad the employees didn't even say anything to her to stop her inappropriate behavior in front of customers. Only one employee took her away. I felt there was a threat and she had some man someone follow me when leaving there.

  Ordered via the app for curbside pick up. 25 mins later still no food. Left without getting my order. Sad

  2 snack ranch wraps were completely inedible - hard, fat, gummy, not able to eat. Threw them away. Good service tho, fast

  Ordered fries, sauce and coke zero. They don't have coke zero. Fries had no salt and they forgot the sauce. Would not recommend. It was not even busy.

  Went to order a large drink through the drive thru. The lady couldn’t understand what I wanted, kept asking, finally got someone who could understand (language barrier) Then got to the window, ask for no ice, gave me the wrong drink with ice. Both times language issue. Suggestion might be to get employees who fluently speak english to be the ones to take orders and at pick up window.
