I'm sure I'm the "old guy" on this one. It isn't too hard to say "welcome to McDonald's can I take your order" instead of "using app?" Drove around, paid for my order. Young African American kid asks "you need anything else?", my reply "a thank you would be nice" his reply, "say what?" I repeat myself... His answer "nah, you straight"
This isn't the first time, but it's the last time. Now, I'm straight... across the street to Wendy's. I've have enough. I'm aware you have served "billions & billions" , but teach these kids some customer service & a little etiquette.

Used to be our favorite McDonalds…but today was a joke..We ate indoors. Credit card machine wasn’t working proper And only 1 computer game was up and running.
Cold fries, wrong happy meal, no salt and asked a worker for some… said she doesn’t speak English wow… very disappointed. Can only imagine how many people used GrubHub and got cold fries, and the order was wrong!
Received a response from the company and they told me to get a hold of the delivery people as stated in my comment “we ate inside” the restaurant

I wish I could give this negative stars. I was literally left in the drive-through waiting area. I had a mobile order in at 12:19. The lady never came out till 12:55. After the guy that came out told me twice that he would be back with mine. I had a mobile order in so I should’ve had mine quicker than anyone. I patiently waited at the first 20 minutes nothing so I got out and went and stood in line inside, then found a lady through the fence told her I was still waiting. She took a picture of my order and I didn’t see her for another 15 minutes then the lady comes out a different lady comes out with my order. Proceeds to blame me for driving around the building to try to get a better position so they’d see me. She completely disregarded the first 25 minutes that I sat there in the same spot, and the guy knew I was there nobody ever came ever I spent $15 on the mobile app. I got Old food, cold food and they didn’t even put the barbecue cups in the bag, I will never come here again. The lady had the audacity to blame me and completely disregard the first 25 minutes. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service. I will never come here again. I don’t recommend you coming here either that was absolutely rude. I wanted to go inside and make a scene but what good would it do? These people are awful. Terrible customer service.

This was a very nice McDonald's. Much nicer than most. It had a huge playground area for kids and a ton of outdoor seating. It would be nice for a kids birthday party. I would think. It was laid out. Very nice and had a great ambience! I never thought I'd put ambience in McDonald's in the same sentence! Lol The place was very clean and the service was great. It is at a great location. Very easy to get to from the main highways.
