So he canceled my order. I get to the window he tells me I need to go to another location becausemy order didn'tgo through (which i did) but the manager says oh its McDonald's fault why your order didnt go through ( no its never happened with mobile ordering, unless you dont have money). Showed my bank and sure enough they took my money. Anyways the black lady in a manger shirt refused to give her name because she knows she was lying saying they did not cancel my order. I sat there through two cars in the opposite drive thru lane and he got upset when i said something and canceled it. Poor customer service and poor managers (the only nice person is a small Mexican lady who is always cheerful and polite she hands the food out the second window. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

The food is never hot patties are always burt and dry and I am now going to have to go put my way to the other one on west broad.
- MHMaddie HinesDec 4, 20251.0The store is almost always dirty crumbs on tables and wet floors and half the staff isn’t competent the other night I ordered two meals and only got a bag with a drink and some fries and AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF SUACES (like someone just threw random handfuls in my bag) so I went to get it corrected only to see they messed up again and I was still missing two items so for the Third time I go and they finally give me everything but the whole experience was just insane like I’m sorry how to I order 2 meals and only get 1 fry
