  Hash browns were cold and soggy and the service here in the morning is terrible and very slow

  They put sugar in my “plain latte” and were so rude and dismissive I didn’t trust to return it and drink what they gave me plus I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for a second one. If you’re gonna choose a McDonald’s on Broad Street @6am my advice is make the trip to Lincoln Village. McDonald’s as a company could really benefit from customer service training I get the feeling I’m not wanted in so many McDonald’s restaurants when I show up @6am. I get it who else has Lattes for 5 or $6 bucks? I guess you get what you pay for and if I expect customer service maybe I should pay more. Props to the friendly people @ Lincoln Village Only reason I went to the other one after leaving planet fitness was because they were out of espresso at that restaurant. I’ll skip it altogether before I go back to that other McDonald’s

  I had a great experience yesterday. I had a mobile order that I made online and when I got there to pick it up I saw a sign that was advertising hot chocolate. So I asked the lady, that was helping me (I wish I got her name) if I can order the hot chocolate and she started making it before I even got the chance to pay for it and once I did pay for it my drink was already done. She was super sweet and made my day. She said "that it'll keep you extra warm because it was made with love" it was so sweet especially since I had been standing in the cold weather waiting for the bus for 30 minutes prior to walking into this place.

  I order online from them and most of my food is not in the bag. Missing 2 6 piece nuggets. My Happy meal missing the fries, no chocolate milk either. I order bacon on my sandwich got charged 3 dollars for it never got back . Like I'm not satisfied at all.
