  Retrain the “managers” on how to make iced coffee. I ordered an iced coffee, sat for five minutes because the line wasn’t moving. They handed me an iced cream. I asked for a cup of just plain black coffee to fix it myself, and be on my way. No harm. If I were a manager, I wouldn’t DARE pass an entire cup of cream out the window, passing it off to be an “Iced coffee,” but I digress. The manager gave me a small cup, 1/4 of the way filled with coffee, and with a huge attitude said, “here.” No, thank you, keep your cup of cream. I’ll just make sure corporate knows how you treat your customers. This was the 7:30 shift on 3/11/26. This used to be a great restaurant. I really don’t know what’s been happening lately.

  I did not rate food because i was delivering to someone. I do like that you don't have to wait for somebody to take your order when the place is busy there aer several kiosk in the location off of south high street columbus ohio. It was a clean and calm atmosphere

  It's McDonald's, foods like warm if your lucky, fries are half full, and cold, burgers are dry, nuggets are ok.

  Never have I ever had any fast food restaurant b as rood to me as this McDonald's. Apparently the girl at the 2cd window was new and didnt know they b screwing up all the time. Not to mention I used my deal and afterwards she sd they couldn't make frappes. But I went able to use rewards again. There is good news tho If your you’re subtly obnoxiously condescending, confidently uninformed, and casually dismissive with just the right touch of smug indifference, then congratulations, you’re management material here.

  This place is a joke.. The food is never fresh nd they always forget to give u what u order nd I dont want to talk about the fires
