- AHAlodene Howell6 days ago1.0It was hopeful with a clean lobby, but the employees have extremely poor service. Like most McDonald's, the kiosk was out of paper. The employee i informed shrugged it off and proceeded to do nothing but talk, no work being done. Then another man was brought because I wanted the complaint number, and then no one proceeded to make my order because I wanted to complain about the customer service. You have to be very entitled to make people wait because you did not want to do a simple task. Number for complaints goes to workers inside, so doubtful of any real structure for change.
