Not only will you sit in their drive-thru for far longer than you ever could have imagined, but they will also *hang up on you* when you call to discuss the order that they failed to complete correctly. On balance, this is a breakfast sandwich, not the end of the world. In and of itself, this clearly does not merit a review... and I would have happily left it that way had the employee not hung up on me while attempting to discuss the matter. It took three calls before they finally answered the phone to discuss the McDelivery order I placed *through the McDonald's app*. The employee with whom I spoke insisted that what McDonald's erroneously put inside the *sealed bag* that they handed to DoorDash is... somehow a DoorDash issue? Yet, it was not DoorDash who made an incomplete sandwich (supposed to have egg and cheese) and sent it along in a sealed bag without a napkin or straw for the drink I purchased. We all have bad days. If this had been a one-time experience, that would also not merit a review. However, this is part of a pattern of rude service exacerbated by substandard food and, on many other occasions, languishing in their dingy drive-thru. The obvious answer here is to choose another location, which I will be doing in the future. While true, it's also reasonable to be frustrated in the meantime and to share this experience for those who may wish to consider it.
