  Had to wait for someone to take my order. Bunches of employees running around ignoring me. Find my after about five minutes, somebody noticed and I got my order in. Associates attitudes were blah.

  Tonight at 8:37 experienced the worst customer service of my life. I came to pick up my order I saw it was just on the other side of the counter. I waited no one acknowledged me even after saying hello and excuse me to get someone’s attention politely. Eventually one person came but just completely walked passed me and flat out ignored me like I was a ghost. Eventually a lady in orange hair handed me the order but didn’t say word and gave a mean bothered look like It was bothering her to help me the customer out.Overall I felt so disrespected and inhumanely treated from this experience. A McDonald’s in this nice part of town deserves a higher standard of customer service than this. I mean experienced way better service some of the worst McDonald’s locations in the country so this experienced definitely left me shocked and reluctant to EVER come here again.

  I usually come here to only get breakfast items. Every time I have come here it has been thru the drive thru and in the morning. I usually am able to place an order fairly quickly and get my food fast. I have no complaints really.

  Rude as hell at window order three frapps theu have me the wrong ones they got mad then they gave me a large half full of whip cream to make up for shorting me when I asked for a full large she got mad nasty rude service foods terriable so sloppy you can even eat it theu are all so lazy and rude dont ever come to this one unless you got shorted or your food required bec theu get mad

  Fries was cold and dark even tho we ordered 5 minutes or so after breakfast. It was like the fries were cooked 10- 15 minutes before the end of breakfast and sat under the warmer light. We asked for fresh fries and they was remainder and brought out to our car. Also they are skimpy with the ketchup. Glad I had a few extra packs in my car. Other than that everything was great. Bonus points... They give u more than 1-2 napkins per person unlike MOST places. I will return. Actually I returned today 2/25/2026 and did a repeat order of yesterday.
