  Not that McDonalds is notorious for greatness, but I am a service provider for AAA and I stopped in to get food during my break, and use the restroom because I had not gotten a chance to relieve myself for several hours due to high call volume. Upon entering, I placed my order at the kiosk then went to go use the restroom. At that point a woman behind the counter yelled at me that the bathrooms were being cleaned. So I waited several minutes while they were preparing my food and witnessed them being extremely disrespectful to another customer who had to ask for them to correct his order multiple times. During that whole time, nobody went in or out of the restrooms, so I peeked my head in and saw nobody in the restroom and figured they must have finished that restroom and were cleaning the other one. So I went in because all I needed to do was pee, as I had been holding it for hours already. At that point that same woman came into the restroom and harassed me further yelling "I clearly said we were cleaning the bathrooms". I replied "there was nobody in here, so who's cleaning?" Mind you, I did not make a mess or do anything destructive, I am literally just someone who works in a truck all day and needed to pee. Sounded to me more like the worker didn't want anyone to go in there and make a mess, which I didn't. It was extremely unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable that she felt the need to follow me into the bathroom to yell at me. The bathroom is literally there for people to use it, wtaf is y'all problem...??? Very rude staff person, I wasn't causing any trouble.

  Really bad tasting expresso and made me sick 🤢🤢🤢, disgusting taste and worst coffee ever. This is supposed to be OSU McDonald's 🤬🤬🤬

  I am still waiting for my order, made order around 15 minutes ago, there are more people who haven't got their orders yet, I don't know why they call themself "Fastfood"..... then I found out that they even placed order there, I was rushing to campus because I have exam today and because of 25 minutes of it I getting late there......

  I swear this store is closed more than its open anymore. Just went there and at 9:10pm drive thru is blocked off by cones, and all the doors are locked. This is how it is anymore.
